What you get
Each notetaker gets a folder, and each meeting gets a dated folder inside it with the transcript, summary and action items, in the same shape whichever tool recorded it. Pick the formats you want before you export.

How it works
This is the flow Sheaf is meant to ship. It is not available to try, and it is not in the Chrome Web Store.
When Sheaf launches, add it to Chrome. There is nothing to install today.
Connect your own notetaker account with your own API key. Pick a date range, a keyword, or both.
Transcripts, summaries, and action items are packed in the formats you pick. The file is built in your browser.
Planned features
Sheaf will download transcripts, summaries, and action items for the meetings you filter, from each notetaker you use, into one consistent folder layout.
The meetings you select go into a single archive instead of a separate download each time.
The records your notetaker already produces, kept together in the same layout whichever tool made them.
Read a transcript in a notes app, open a summary in a word processor, or load action items into a spreadsheet.
Limit the export to a range of dates, a keyword, or both. Take the whole library only if you want it.
The archive is assembled on your computer. Meeting data is not sent to our servers.
Sheaf will use each tool’s official API with your own account. No meeting-by-meeting clicking.
Privacy
Everything runs locally in the browser, uses each notetaker’s official API, and no meeting data is sent to our servers.
The ZIP is assembled on your computer. Sheaf is not an upload bin for transcripts.
The extension will call each notetaker’s official API with your own key or login. The plan does not collect your password on a server of ours.
The form asks only for your email. It has no field for meeting content.

Waitlist
Sheaf is launching soon. A signup here says you would use a bulk export. It does not install an extension and it does not charge you.
FAQ
Sheaf is launching soon and has not been built. It is not in the Chrome Web Store. This page cannot install it or sell it. The form only adds you to a waitlist.
Most notetakers export one meeting at a time, and each uses its own format. Sheaf is meant to take everything out of any supported tool in one ZIP with the same folder layout, so switching tools does not mean losing your history.
Planned at launch: Read AI, Fireflies, Fathom and Granola, which all offer official APIs for transcripts and summaries. Otter, tl;dv and Zoom AI Companion are coming soon, because their APIs are limited to certain paid or admin plans. Tell us which one you use after you sign up.
No. Everything runs locally in the browser, uses each notetaker’s official API, and no meeting data is sent to our servers. The waitlist form sends only your email, plus any optional answers you choose to give afterwards.
The meetings you filter, with transcripts, summaries, and action items, in Markdown, TXT, DOCX, CSV, and JSON, with one folder per notetaker.
That is the plan: a date range, a keyword, or both, before anything is packed into the ZIP.
Free for 5 meetings. After that, pay once and export everything: waitlist members pay an early-bird $19 one-time instead of the planned $29. No subscription and no per-export charges. You cannot pay on this page.
No. Sheaf is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Read AI, Fireflies, Fathom, Granola, Otter, tl;dv or Zoom. Their names are used only to describe what Sheaf exports.
You get an email when Sheaf is ready to try. Until then there is nothing to install. Joining does not charge you, and your address is not sent to any notetaker.
No. It has not launched, so there are no users and no reviews.
